PETER STAMPFEL:
Legendary freak folk icon, Peter Stampfel is truly a pioneer. Often referred to as a human songbook, Stampfel emerged in the public eye in the 1960’s as a member of the groundbreaking duo the Holy Modal Rounders and then, later, The Fugs. In addition to his solo work, Stampfel has collaborated with the likes of Yo La Tengo, Michael Hurley, Bob Dylan, Jeffrey Lewis, They Might Be Giants, Bongwater and Mississippi John Hurt. To say the least, we are truly humbled to be able to present this rare chance to see a living legend.

Guelph’s quirky Queen returns. Whether it’s through approaching mundane topics in an interesting way or breaking your heart when you least expect it, Jenny Omnichord will captivate. It’s been far too long since the last Jenny Omnichord performance and we are thrilled to welcome the queen back to her throne.
