Angular pop a la Talking Heads or The Feelies, Property are the real deal, blowing away anyone that listens to their albums (Privacy is our personal fave) or gets the rare treat (in Ontario at least) to see them live. They’re powerfully melodic, with smart lyrics and expert instrumental interplay, making them a true original force in their genre. These days you just don’t get to see rock bands that have this much density, true artistry and intention.
